Mmabatho Seema
Founder & Director
Mmabatho Seema began her career in 2012 whilst studying towards her Bachelor of law degree and completed her articles with Legal Aid South African. As a legal practitioner she served as an assessor in the Durban High Court and as a Magistrate in Sekhukhune magistrate court.
Mmabatho Seema is a seasoned legal practitioner with extensive experience in the field of law. She is the director and founder of Seema Mmabatho Attorneys Incorporated. She has over 10 years of experience in the following fields of law: Administration of Deceased estate, Criminal & civil litigation, Family Law, Commercial Law, Road Accident Fund Claims, Corporate Governments and Finance, Dispute resolution and Mediation
Mmapitsi Megan Seroba
Candidate Attorney
Mmapitsi Megan Seroba is a Candidate Attorney at Seema Mmabatho Attorney, currently developing her keen interest in criminal law, Civil law, Personal Injury Claims and Administration of estate.
She obtained her LLB degree from the University of Limpopo and has gained valuable experience through various legal fields at Seema Mmabatho Attorneys which shaped her skills and competence in legal work and which has contributed to her well-rounded legal profession.

Thandazo Sebeka is a candidate attorney currently building foundational legal experience at Seema Mmabatho Attorneys. With a strong educational background, she holds an LLB degree (UNISA) , and hands-on experience in diverse legal fields.
She is committed to advancing legal proficiency, skills and competences and contributing effectively to the team. Her interests lie in civil law, family law, personal injury and commercial law.
